Fukusakura – Born for “Power of Beauty”
Fukusakura was inspired by the word “owl” in Japanese, ふくろう(fu ku rou), which was combined with the name of the founder for the brand, Sakura, hence the birth of Fukusakura was intended for bringing blessings; Fukusakura is abbreviated as “FUKU”, translated to “Blessed Sakura (Fu-Ying)” in Mandarin.
Sakura, the founder is obsessed with objects related to owls, and has established the brand “FUKU” based simply on the passion for owls. In Japan, owls represent the meanings of fortune, auspiciousness and wealth; Sakura hopes that each person using products from FUKU can be blessed with a happy and beautiful life, as “Blessed Sakura (Fu-Ying)” looks after your beauty.
In the early days, Sakura was the ancestor for cosmetic-purpose mesh eyelid tape, which is still popular amongst the girls even up to this day. Sakura who enjoys attempting different creativities once again challenged herself to startup the brand of “Fukusakura”, and based on the persistence as a senior makeup artist with 4 decades of experience, Sakura holds a unique insight towards beauty to devote in the R&D of the products personally, combining with own persistence towards the professional domain to endow each product of FUKU with the unique charisma to “demonstrate beauty”.
With three years of R&D, the new product ‘AI Beauty Instrument’ released for the first time is especially jointly developed and manufactured with Japan, and has already passed Japan’s effectiveness certification, even the LOGO design has collaborated with Japan’s new illustrator to specially create the brand visual effect of “Blessed Owl”, Sakura hopes to subvert the impressions that owls are mysterious and only come out at night, hoping to demonstrate innovative visual images of cuteness, vitality, creativity, happiness and brightness for traditional owls via the illustrations; for the choice of colors, pink colors are further used to present the romantic, sweet, tender, kind and elegant quality of Fukusakura.
